Established in 2020 to honor Past National Vice President, Tanya Hand, who served in the national organization, the Mid-Western Region, and the Indianapolis chapter collectively for 22 years.


The Book Award will target underrepresented minority high school seniors in the Indianapolis metropolitan area who plan
to attend a historically black college or university (HBCU).
